Initial Psychiatric Evaluation

A comprehensive psychiatric assessment that includes review of mental health history, current concerns, and treatment goals. This visit focuses on diagnostic clarification and development of an individualized treatment plan.

Medication Management-Follow-Up Appointments

Ongoing psychiatric medication management with careful monitoring, education, and collaboration. Treatment decisions are individualized and evidence-based. Structured follow-up visits to assess progress, adjust treatment, and provide ongoing support.

Supportive Interventions

I provide brief supportive psychotherapy as part of psychiatric care. Supportive psychotherapy focuses on emotional support, coping skills, guidance, education, and problem-solving related to current stressors. It offers brief symptom-focused support to help manage stress, mood, anxiety, trauma-related symptoms, and daily functioning. It is not a replacement for ongoing therapy, but can be helpful alongside medication management to promote stability, insight, and improved functioning.
