  • Our initial evaluation takes a whole-person approach, exploring your mental health history, current symptoms, lifestyle factors, and past treatments. I may recommend lab work or other assessments to better understand the mind-body connection. By the end of the session, you'll receive thoughtful, personalized treatment recommendations aligned with your unique needs and goals.

    Ongoing support will be part of your care plan to help you move toward lasting wellness.

  • Following our initial comprehensive psychiatric evaluation, our subsequent visits will consist of reviewing the treatment plan initiated during our first meeting. We'll also discuss any updates since our last visit and assess any changes needed for the treatment plan. The frequency of psychiatric care visits varies based on individual progress, and follow-up appointments can be scheduled anywhere from every 2 weeks to a monthly basis, tailored to your individual needs.

  • As a solo practitioner, I’m committed to offering thoughtful, ongoing support to each of my patients. While I may not be immediately available to answer calls, I personally review all messages and will respond within 48-72 hours. Your concerns are important to me, and I appreciate your patience as I give each person the attention they deserve.
